The Daring Way Retreat

Join a small group on February 9th (6:00-9:00pm) and 10th (8:30-1:00pm),
here at Grace Church, as we come together to grow spiritually and personally
by committing to showing up, being seen, and living brave.

The Daring Way™ curriculum, a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown that integrates the material from each of her books. During the process we explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. We examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding us back and we identify the new choices and practices that will move us toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead. Further information is available at www.thedaringway.com.

“Here’s how I see the progression of my work:
The Gifts of Imperfection – Be you.
Daring Greatly – Be all in.
Rising Strong – Fall. Get up. Try again.”
– Brené Brown
