Elaine Bonner-Tompkins, senior legislative analyst for the county council, and Tiffany Ward, racial equity manager for the county, will provide information on upcoming equity policy legislation and recent findings on racial disparities in the county. Grace Church Road, located off of Georgia Ave. in downtown Silver Spring, near the intersection of Georgia Ave. and 16th Street.
