Music of Grace          The Grace Organ Project          Choir Calendar

Music plays an important role in the life of Grace Church. In addition to supporting our weekly worship, our music program provides excellent musical education for children and adults, and believes strongly in supporting and promoting sacred music.

The mission of our music program is to enrich and enhance the corporate worship experience through sacred music. Key to this task is the sharing of time and talent.

The success of our music ministry is due solely to the dedication of gifts, musical and non-musical, by its participants.

Our Adult Choir consists of approximately 20 singers, while our children’s program has over 60 children participating. These ensembles are strongly supported by our church staff and many volunteers.

Our concert series, Music of Grace, has presented concerts, recitals and workshops in the Silver Spring area for over 20 years.

Recognizing the integral role music has in our faith community:

· We embrace the discipline of training and practice

· We commit to the continued development of our talents

· We seek to learn of God in a way that music uniquely affords
