What is Forest Bathing? It is a slow and meditative, guided walk through nature that allows us to reconnect with both nature and our inner selves, supporting wellness and belonging because it reduces stress and boosts creativity. Drawing inspiration from the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, we’ll engage with the natural world through mindful, sensory invitations. Bring your curiosity and try it!
If you are interested in participating please email Ariana Sutton-Grier (ariana.suttongrier@gmail.com) to reserve your spot. We have a total of 20 slots available, first come, first served. You will be asked to sign a waiver for Kindred Nature.
