    Classes led by Grace Senior Warden Paul Purnell are conducted in the Undercroft. Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art and is also a form of meditation and a gentle, low-impact form of exercise. Qigong is a more than 4,000 year old Chinese form of exercise designed to cultivate and balance the body's vital energy, commonly know as "qi" or "chi". Please arrive a few minutes early to warm up. Classes are free and no experience or fitness level is required. Wear loose-fitting clothes and comfortable shoes preferably with no heel.
